The primary objective of HCfL is to work with civil society organizations and healthcare providers in Lebanon to create a more accessible healthcare system. HCfL will partner with multilateral institutions and international organizations to help coordinate international assistance to ensure it reaches the most vulnerable populations in Lebanon. As a US organization, HCfL will importantly educate US policy makers on the need for increased humanitarian assistance to the Lebanese people in the field of healthcare and healthcare workforce growth. Given the rich presence of Lebanese Americans in the medical field and the organizations they have founded that provide direct assistance to the Lebanese people, HCfL will seek opportunities for cooperation between all individuals and organizations committed to supporting improved healthcare in Lebanon.
